Joselito Ham is quite unique, 100% natural, and has been declared the ‘Best Ham in the World’.
Joselito Shoulder Ham is made using the front leg of adult Iberico pigs, and is characterised by its juiciness, delicate texture, and perfect balance of the finest ham with infiltrations golden and pink fat.
These shoulder hams are made exclusively from free range pigs that roam in extensive holm and cork oak pastures owned by Joselito in the southwest of the Iberian peninsula, where they feed on acorns, known as ‘Bellotas’ in Spanish.
