The JSP Luxe Ham Holder by Jamotec is manufactured entirely from stainless steel, with a modern and functional design, and has especially been designed for slicing hoofless or Parma type hams.

The rotating disc system, parented by Jamotec, grips the ham firmly while slicing, and allows the ham to be turned around easily to continue slicing on the opposite side.

The solid stainless steel base has 4 rubber feet, one of which is height-adjustable, to ensure that the ham holder is safely secured to the table or work surface.

The base is also equipped with a folding rail which is used to support the ham, especially when there is very little ham left or when cutting the ham crosswise.
