The Salchichon sausages are stuffed only in winter, using natural casings and top quality ingredients, and are then left to cure slowly and naturally for 4 to 5 months.
This particular Salchichon has bits of Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) to give it a very special and delicate touch.
