Fig-Flavoured Balsamic Vinegar by La Chinata
This flavoured vinegar is produced by macerating Figs in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the favourite for chefs to dress salads or to add a special taste to fish, meat, etc. La Chinata wanted to take advantage of the taste and quality of this vinegar, paying tribute to the land of Extremadura (Spain), and so they have soaked honey, cherries and figs in order to create an exquisite balsamic vinegar with all its properties and a special touch of flavour.
It has many varied and original uses: Sprinkled as is on salads, fruit salads, a few drops over ice cream or strawberries... or hot, for marinating meat, fish, chicken, etc. It is also an excellent base for sauces to serve with your favourite dishes.
Three different varieties are available, each with its unique flavour: Honey, Fig and Cherry.
