Melsa, a family business started in 1860, is located in Graus in the Pyrenees of Aragon (Spain). They have been producing of the finest Spanish cured sausages for over five generations.
Longaniza is a long thin sausage made with pork and seasoned with black pepper, herbs and spices. It is dry-cured in a natural casing. Its intense and evocative flavour is the result of the skill of the master craftsmen of the past.
