This extra-fine White Chocolate is of exceptional high quality, and is very aromatic and smooth tasting and melts easily in the mouth.

They are artisanally made in a process in which the cocoa beans are first roasted in order to develop their aroma and taste. The cocoa beans are then ground using millstones to make the cocoa paste, which is used as the base for this truly exceptional chocolate.
