Sierra de Albarracin, considered one of the best cheesemakers in Spain, offers us this very special and unique Sheep Cheese in Red Wine.
This cheese, made of pasteurised, pure sheep milk, is soaked in Spanish red wine for two to three days, which not only gives the outside of the cheese a thin purple rind, but also gives the cheese a whole new range of exquisite flavours.
