These stylish and professional knives are forged from a single piece of hardened steel, using and Nitrum® high quality steel, exclusive to Arcos.

The high-carbon forged stainless steel blades together with the white Polyoxymethylene (POM) handles make these knives extremely resistant to impact, abrasion and solvents, and able to withstand extremely high and low temperatures.
